保存條件  Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

Function : May play a role in the regulation of the cell cycle andthe increased nucleolar activity that is associated with the cellproliferation. May act as ribosomal RNA methyltransferase.

性狀：粉末，有極微辛辣的氣味。在空氣中穩(wěn)定，在日光中分解。1G溶于約60ml乙醇、10ml苯、50ml植物油,溶于。不溶于水。乙醇溶液對(duì)石蕊試紙呈中性。溶液在熱至120℃也不分解。遇堿和還原劑則被破壞。有毒，半數(shù)致死量(小鼠,經(jīng)口)約500mG/kG。有刺激性。商品尚有亞亞硫酸氫鈉甲萘醌，為粉末。無(wú)氣味或微有特殊氣味。有吸濕性。遇光易分解并變成黃色或紫色。易溶于水，微溶于乙醇，幾乎不溶于苯。
