電壓擊穿試驗儀概述
BDJC-50KV采用計算機控制，通過人機對話方式，完成對絕緣介質材料的工頻電壓擊穿，工頻耐壓試驗。適用于對固體絕緣材料(如：絕緣漆、樹脂和膠、浸漬纖維制品、層壓制品、云母及其制品、塑料、薄膜復合制品、陶瓷和玻璃等)在工頻電壓下擊穿電壓，擊穿強度和耐電壓的測試。儀器對實驗過程中的各種數據快速、準確地進行采集、處理、存取、顯示、打印。

主要適用于固體絕緣材料，液體絕緣材料的擊穿強度。
同時測得工頻交流電壓與直流電壓的擊穿強度和耐壓強度的測試 可設定梯度耐壓的試驗 使梯度時間自由調整。

電壓擊穿試驗儀本儀器由pc控制，通過我公司自主研發的全新智能數字精密嵌入式西門子*單元cpu系統與上位機軟件控制兩部分來完成，通過pc USB 串口獲得數據傳送數據zui高可高達 3M/S是RS232串口*的 讓上位機與下位機通訊無延遲使升壓速率真正做到勻速、準確，并能夠準確測出漏電電流的數據，電流實時采集。可實時繪制試驗曲線，顯示試驗數據，判斷準確，并可保存，分析，打印，修改試驗數據。并且提取試驗數據分色對比。人性化明顯

安全保護：
試驗在較高電壓下進行，所以我們在設計時加以必要的保護措施以防止發生意外。
1．試驗在試驗箱中進行，試樣可放在空氣中或變壓器油中。50KV電壓頭安全放電距離對四周均小于200mm，試驗時即使觸到箱壁也不會發生危險。
2．升壓變壓器高壓側尾端及儀器外殼是連接在一起的，即儀器外殼與該地點的地是等電位。
3．電路保護：儀器設有過流保護、過壓保護、失壓保護、短路保護、漏電保護電路等。

閃絡：式樣和電極周圍的氣體或者液體煤質承受的電應力作用時，其絕緣性能損失，由此引起的試驗回路電流促使相應的回路斷路器動作.

碳化通道的出現或者穿透式樣的擊穿可用于區別試驗是擊穿還是閃絡。

擊穿電壓：在連續升壓試驗中在規定的試驗條件下，式樣發生擊穿時的電壓。

式樣承受的zui高電壓在該電壓水平下整個時間內式樣不發生擊穿。

電氣強度：在規定的試驗條件下，擊穿電壓與施加電壓的兩電極之間的距離商。

得到的電氣強度試驗結果。能用來檢測由于工藝的變更，老化條件或者其他的制造環境情況引起的性能相對于正常的值的變化或者偏離，而很少能用于直接確定在實際應用中的絕緣材料的性能狀態。
