產品描述：

井用潛水泵是電機與水泵直聯潛入水中工作的提水機具,它適用于從深井提取地下水,也可用于河流、水庫、水渠等提水工程:主要用于農田灌溉及高原山區的人畜用水,亦可供城市、工廠、鐵路、礦山、工地供排水使用。

2.對井管、揚水管無特殊要求(即:鋼管井、灰管井、土井等均可使用;在壓力許可下,鋼管、膠管、塑料管等均可作揚水管使用)。  

3.安裝、使用、維護方便簡單,占地面積小、不需建造泵房。   

4.結構簡單,節省原材料。 潛水電泵使用的條件是否合適,管理得當與使用壽命有直接的關系。   

工作原理：
深井潛水泵可以從深井提取地下水，也可用于河流、水庫、水渠等提水工程：主要用于農田灌溉及高原山區的人畜用水，亦可供城市、工廠、鐵路、礦山、工地供排水使用，

深井潛水泵開泵前，吸入管和泵內必須充滿液體。開泵后，葉輪高速旋轉，其中的液體隨著葉片一起旋轉，在離心力的作用下，飛離葉輪向外射出，射出的液體在泵殼擴散室內速度逐漸變慢，壓力逐漸增加，然后從泵出口，排出管流出。此時，在葉片中心處由于液體被甩向周圍而形成既沒有空氣又沒有液體的真空低壓區，液池中的液體在池面大氣壓的作用下，經吸入管流入泵內，液體就是這樣連續不斷地從液池中被抽吸上來又連續不斷地從排出管流出。

電泵在使用前，應用兆歐表檢查電機絕緣電阻，其低值不能小于5兆歐。檢查方法是將兆歐表上的一個接線柱接在電泵電纜線上，另一接線柱接在電機外殼上，搖動兆歐表，觀察絕緣電阻值。檢查潛水電纜有地開裂、擦傷等現象，如有損壞應及時調換，以防漏電。水浸電機應打開灌水螺栓，灌滿潔凈的清水后擰緊螺栓，再潛入水中。油浸電機如發現漏油，應更換密封元件后再潛入水中。

電泵潛入水中前，應向泵內灌滿清水，空轉1-2秒鐘，并啟動2次，檢查空轉和啟動是否正常。如果轉向相反，將兩相接線調換后即可。檢查揚水管有無裂紋，連接是否牢固。電泵在潛入水中或吊起時，不得拉動電纜，以免電纜損壞或接頭處斷開。電源電壓應控制在不大于或小于額定電壓的5%范圍內，如果電壓過高或過低都會損壞電機。電泵潛入水中應垂直，不得斜放。電泵不得輸送含沙量較多的水或泥漿。水浸電機應經常清理電機腔內的沙粒，更換電機腔內的清水。泵實際揚程應在0.8-1倍額定揚程內。這樣可提高電泵工作效率，節電，避免電機超負荷作業，延長使用壽命。電泵用后，應清洗干凈，在金屬表面涂油防銹，并豎直放在干燥處保管。水浸電機還應放凈電機內的清水。
