產品描述：

主要由泵體、泵蓋、葉輪、軸、密封環、葉輪螺母、止動墊圈、軸套、填料壓蓋、填料環、填料、懸架軸承部件等組成。臥式單級離心泵具有水利性能布局合理、可靠，體積小，質量輕，抗汽蝕性能好，電耗低，使用檢修方便，工作效率高等優點。

特點：

同一規格的軸，軸承，軸封，葉輪緊固件等均能互換；全系列泵的懸架也只有四種。達到*水平。它是我國推廣的節能泵類產品之一。泵為后開式，拆開泵蓋和葉輪時不需拆卸吸水和排出管路。懸架內裝有兩個滾珠軸承，用機器油或潤滑脂潤滑。泵通過彈性聯軸器由電動機直接驅動。蝸室、腳、進水法蘭和出水法蘭鑄成一個整體。供吸送清水及物理化學性質類似水不含固體顆粒的液體。它廣泛適用于工農業及城市、排水、消防供水等。

優勢：
1、高效節能：采用CFD計算流體動力學，分析計算出泵內壓力分布和速度分布關系、優化泵的流道設計，確保泵有高效的水力形線，提高了泵的效率。

2、耐高溫結構：泵體采用中心支撐方式，解決了泵在輸送高溫介質時防止高溫下泵組熱膨脹不一致而造成的應力集中以及聯軸器對中心發生改變。泵支架、泵蓋、懸架體（軸承部位）及機封壓蓋均有冷卻腔，可在不同溫度時分別用冷卻水冷卻或風冷卻。

3、軸承：軸承選用圓柱滾子軸承與兩個角接觸軸承配套，采用稀油潤滑，承載能力顯著提高。軸承設計壽命25000小時。

4、軸封：可選配軟填料密封和機械密封。

5、聯軸器：采用彈性柱梢聯軸器，傳動精度高。

6、輔助管路：按API 610第8版要求配置。

7、承壓：設計壓力為4。0MPa，承壓高。

滴水不漏：不同材質的硬質合金密封，保證了不同介質輸送均無泄漏。

故障率低：結構簡單合理，關鍵部分采用*；配套，整機*工作時間大大提高。

維修方便：更換密封、軸承，簡易方便。
