進口立式多級離心泵(美國進口)

產品描述：

立式多級離心泵具有體積小、重量輕、外形美觀等優點，適用于輸送稀薄清潔且不含固體顆粒或纖維的液體，在民用、工業、農業、水處理裝置中廣泛應用。

二、主要特點

1.立式結構，進出口法蘭在同一中心線上，結構緊湊，占地面積小，安裝方便。

2.立式結構泵采用集裝式結構的機械密封，使安裝維護操作更安全、方便，并確保密封的可靠性。

3.立式泵的電機軸與泵軸通過聯軸器直接連接。

4.臥式泵配加長軸電機，結構簡單,安裝維護操作簡單方便。

5.過流部件均采用不銹鋼材質，不污染介質且保證使用壽命長、外形美觀。

6.噪聲低，振動小。采用標準化設計，通用性好。                  

三、運轉條件

a.環境溫度+40℃，超過+40℃以上的環境，或者電機被安裝在海拔1000m以上，電機輸出功率會降低，在這種情況下，須選用更高輸出功率的電機。

b.適用介質溫度在-15℃～+120℃范圍內，稀薄清潔且不含固體顆粒或纖維的液體.

四、注意事項

1.    立式泵下部進出水段上的箭頭顯示了介質的流動方向，安裝時按箭頭所示連接泵的進出口。

2.    臥式泵介質的流動方向為側進，上出。

3.    為確保電機能充分冷卻，安裝位置必須保持空氣流通，并嚴禁電機倒放以

及在電機上覆蓋物品。

4.    安裝管路時，要防止管路中積存空氣，特別是在泵的吸入端。

5.    泵兩側加裝閘閥，有利于清潔維修。

6.    必要時，立式泵的電機接線盒的位置可依0°、90°、270°方向調整：

a.    卸下聯軸器罩，不要拆聯軸器；

b.    卸下固定電機的螺栓；

c.    轉動電機至需要的方向；

d.    轉動聯軸器，調整電機使泵軸沒有卡滯及轉動不均勻現象；

e.    擰緊固定電機的螺栓，裝上聯軸器罩。

7.    電機上的起吊螺栓孔不能用于整臺泵的起吊，整臺泵的起吊必須用鋼帶或其它類似的方式在電機座處起吊。
