產品描述：
氣動隔膜泵的兩個對稱（symmetry)工作腔中，個裝有一塊有彈性的隔膜，連桿將兩塊隔膜結成一體，壓縮空氣從泵的進氣接頭進入氣閥室后，推動兩個工作腔的隔膜，驅動連桿聯結的隔膜同步運動。

與此同時，另一工作腔內的氣體則其隔膜的背面排出泵外，當活塞(piston)達到行程重點，閥機構則自動的將壓縮空氣引入另一工作腔，推動氣動隔膜泵朝反向運動，這樣就形成了兩個隔膜的同步往復運動。每個工作腔中又設置兩個股單向球閥(應用領域:食品、化工、石油、電力等)，隔膜的往復運動，造成工作腔內容積(volume)的改變，怕是兩個單向球閥交替的開啟和關閉，從而使液體連續（Continuity)的吸入和排出。

氣動隔膜泵與其他隔膜泵的不同在于配氣閥結構，氣閥結構取消了傳統的“O”形環和柱形閥結構的配氣閥，采用三相先導式，消除了閥死點和泵停機現象，提供了正確可靠的換向信號來避免停機和更快換向是泵具有更大的流量，提供了輸送性能是脈沖更小，流動更穩。氣動隔膜泵設計簡單、高可靠地空氣換向發，能保證不停機而發生安規的停車費用，所有空氣閥部件可在不拆開流動部分的情況下驚醒更換。鋁（Al)質部件經特殊處理能換低于不潔空氣造成腐蝕(釋義:指腐爛、消失、侵蝕等)換向閥中塑料（結構:合成樹脂、增塑劑、穩定劑、色料)材質的滑塊(slide block)堅固耐。

5、流量可調節，可以在物料出口處加裝節流閥來調節流量。

6、具有自吸的功能。

7、可以空運行，而不會有危險。

8、可以潛水工作。

9、可以輸送的流體極為廣泛，從低粘度的到高粘度的，從腐蝕性得到粘稠的
