二、高溫老化試驗箱結構概述
熱老化試驗箱是在原系列產品改型后的系列產品，此產品改型后，節能、美觀實用，容積100升、140升兩種規格。非規格可更根據用戶要求可特別加工，所有規格的老化試驗箱外殼體均采用優質鋼板焊接而成、表面烘漆，內室鋼板噴涂耐溫銀粉漆制成或不銹鋼制成，設有二至五成擱板。中間裝有支架轉盤，保溫層采用超細玻璃棉隔熱。箱門設有雙層玻璃觀察窗，工作室與箱門連接處裝有耐熱石棉繩，以保證工作室與箱門之間密封。老化試驗箱的電源開關、控溫儀等操作件均集中于箱體前面左側的控制處，按指示標操作。
箱內加熱恒溫系統裝有風機、電加熱器、合適的風道結構和控溫儀組成，當接通電源時，風機同時運轉將直接置于箱內后側的電加熱產生的熱量通過風道形成循環風，經過工作室內干燥物品再吸入風機，如此不斷循環使溫度達到均勻。
控溫儀為智能數顯顯示，具有控溫精度高，設定溫度帶有保護裝置和定時功能。
Structure overview
The thermal aging test chamber is a series of products after the original series of products are modified. After the product is modified, it is energy-saving, beautiful and practical, with a volume of 100 L and 140 L. Non specification can be specially processed according to the user's requirements. All specifications of the aging test chamber shell body are made of high-quality steel plate by welding, surface baking paint, interior steel plate by spraying temperature resistant silver powder paint or stainless steel, with 20-50% shelves. The middle is equipped with a support turntable, and the insulation layer is insulated with ultra-fine glass wool. The box door is equipped with double glass observation window, and the connection between the studio and the box door is equipped with heat-resistant asbestos rope to ensure the sealing between the studio and the box door. The power switch, temperature controller and other operating parts of the aging test chamber are centralized at the control position on the left side in front of the chamber and operated according to the indicator.
The heating constant temperature system in the box is equipped with a fan, an electric heater, a suitable air duct structure and a temperature controller. When the power supply is connected, the fan operates at the same time to form a circulating air through the air duct by the heat generated by the electric heating directly placed at the back side of the box, and then the dried articles in the working room are sucked into the fan, so that the temperature can be kept uniform.
The temperature controller is an intelligent digital display with high temperature control accuracy, and the set temperature has the function of protection device and timing.
三、使用方法
1、將被干燥的物品放入老化試驗箱內，關好箱門后接通電源。
2、把電源開關撥至‘開’處，此時電源指示亮燈，數顯控溫儀有數字顯示。
3、控溫儀設定見附1。控溫儀顯示箱內有溫度，一般情況下，加熱90min后溫度控制進入恒溫狀態。（注意：智能型控溫儀參照下面‘操作方法’）
4、當所需工作溫度比較低時，可采用二次設定方法，如需工作溫度80℃時，次可設定70℃，等溫度過沖回落時，再第二次設定80℃，這樣可降低甚至杜絕溫度過沖現象，使箱內溫度盡快進入恒溫狀態。
5、根據不同的物品，不同的潮濕程度，選擇不同的干燥溫度和時間。
6、干燥結束后，把電源開關撥至‘‘關’’處，但不能馬上打開箱門取出物品，小心燙傷，可先打開箱門降低箱內溫度再取出物品。
四、注意事項
1、箱外殼必須有效接地以保證使用安全。
2、使用完畢后應將電源關閉。
3、老化試驗箱無防爆裝置，不得放入易燃易爆的物品。
4、老化試驗箱應放在具有良好通風條件的室內，在其周圍不可放置易燃易爆的物品。
5、箱內物品放置切勿過擠，必須留出空間，以利熱空氣循環。
6、箱內外應經常保持清潔。
7、當使用溫度在150℃~300℃時，關機后應先將箱門打開降低箱內溫度。
