一、概述/ Summary：

HD9P(E/HY)90H（X） 旋筒閥是漢德股份經過多年市場調研并開發的一種多功能新型閥門，可用于介質高性能調節、切斷、分流和換向等，具有球閥、三通及多通、蝶閥、旋塞閥、調節閥等多種應用功能，廣泛應用于煤化工、冶金、石化、電力、輕工、醫藥及等行業，漢德股份于2015年取得多項國家，系閥門行業。

旋筒閥是一種閥芯形狀為一圓柱筒形，圓柱面上開有過流窗口，通過旋轉閥芯方式開啟和關閉閥門，起到截流或調節作用。適用各種工況，有著特殊的優勢和長處。旋筒閥已經解決了傳統的調節閥所遇到的一些問題，而且部分已超出了傳統調節閥的性能。

三、特點/ Characteristic：

• 具有超大可調比，可調比可達到10000：1。

• *的Cv值（是傳統Globe閥的四倍以上），所以相等額定Cv值下，可選用更小口徑閥門。

四、分類/ Classification
根據不同工況，旋筒閥選用不同的控制元件，可以分類如下：

A、全通型:主要用于切斷要求的場合。在管道系統中起對介質的接通或截流，流通能力強，壓損小，雙向密封可達到零泄漏。

All pass: mainly used for cutting applications. In the pipe system, the medium is connected or cut, the flow capacity is strong, the pressure loss is small, the two-way sealing can achieve zero leakage.

B、調節型：主要用于調節要求的場合（大可調比）。在管道系統中主要起調節作用，閥門執行機構接收到控制信號。帶動閥筒作旋轉運動，轉動作角度與控制信號成線性關系，從而控制管道中工藝參數的目的。流道口可按需要定制成線性、等百分比或一些特殊形狀從而獲得不同性能的流量曲線。

C、 三通或多通（調節）型：L型、T型。三通型旋筒閥是指閥體有三個進出口，三通旋筒閥分為L型和T型兩種,L型主要用于介質的換向，介質的流向從一根管道換為另一根管道。T型主要用于介質的分流和合流，分流是控制一種介質分別從不同的管道流出，合流是控制兩種介質匯合于一根管道。

多通型旋筒閥是指垂直于執行器的旋轉軸平面上有四個或以上進出口，或在該平面的下端也有一個出口，該閥的作用主要用于兩種以上介質的換向或匯合于一根管道。

Three way or multi pass (regulation) type: L type, T type. Three way type of rotary valve is the valve body has three import and export, the three valve is divided into L type and T type two, L type is mainly used for the medium of the direction of the flow from one pipe to another. T type is mainly used for the medium flow and confluence, the diversion is to control the flow of a medium separately from the different pipe, the confluence is the control of the two media convergence in a pipeline.

Multi type rotary cylinder valve refers to the vertical axis of the actuator on the axis of the plane has four or more of the import and export, or in the lower end of the plane also have an outlet, the role of the valve is mainly used for more than two medium or a pipe.

D、 降噪型：能有效降低噪聲。介質在管道中流通，一定的條件下會產生大的噪聲，會對設備產生損壞，對環境造成污染。因此在閥內件設計采取一些降噪措施可降低噪聲。

E、小流量型：當介質的流量很微小時，閥門很小的開度就達到了流量要求，因此無法正常調節，此時可將節流口形狀設計為小1mm寬的矩型窗口，流量特性為線性，Cv值可達到極小，從而提高了微小流量時的控制精度。

F、反汽蝕型：汽蝕是材料在液體的壓力和溫度達到臨界值時產生的一種破壞形式，汽蝕分為閃蒸和空化兩個階段。管道中的液體在一定的條件下，部分液體氣化成氣體狀態，產生氣泡，形成氣液兩相流這就是閃蒸過程。閥下游的壓力升高，壓破氣泡的過程即空化過程。汽蝕可使閥內件的表面產生磨痕、深溝及凹坑。閥一般采用曲折路徑、多級降壓、多孔節流及引導介質流向閥體中心區防止沖擊閥體內壁的方式來防止和降低汽蝕的破壞。

G、多級降壓降噪型：當介質在管道中流過后噪聲級別相當高時，也可通過多級降壓降噪的方式來解決。

K、角式旋筒閥：

主要用于一些高壓差或流阻小的工況，也可作為釜底放料閥使用。特別適合于煤化工行業中的黑水和灰水的壓力和流量調節。

角式旋筒閥的閥芯與閥座的材料經過精加工而制成，表面粗糙度達到Rc0.04，材料硬度達到HRA90以上極耐磨。傳統的黑水調節閥采用文丘里角式直行程結構，流向為高進低出，啟閉力量大，閥桿上下動作，因閥桿與導向套之間有間隙，容易產生振蕩出象，經常閥芯從根部折斷，用了一段時間后，閥桿上容易結垢，致使閥芯無法動作。而角式旋筒閥為角行程動作，旋轉扭矩小，在轉動過程中具有自潔功能，筒式閥芯與閥體之間接觸面積大而均勻，解決了傳統角式座閥的振動與爬行現象，閥芯與閥座之間鏡面接觸，保證了密封的可靠性，從而提高了調節精度。
