三、調試與安裝：
★啟動前 先檢查旋轉部分與料筒是否有刮碰現象，應及時調整。
★減速箱應注入機油后方能使用，卸料蝸輪會及滑動軸承處注入機油。
★清理料筒內染料。洛杉磯擱板式磨耗試驗機
★啟動前將筒體限裝置鎖緊，然后再啟動。
★啟開后發(fā)現運轉方向不符合要求時，應切斷電源，將導線的任意兩根相線互換位置，再重新啟動。
★根據磨耗時間調整時間繼電器的定時，注意在斷電情況下調整。
★按動啟動按鈕。
★達到調定時間后自動停車。
★卸料時先停機，然后將筒體位限置手柄松開，再旋轉手輪，由蝸輪付帶料筒旋轉到便于出料的位置，停止轉動，然后啟動機器使主軸運轉方可排出物料，直至將料排出停止，主軸運轉旋轉手輪使料筒復位。洛杉磯擱板式磨耗試驗機

四、使用方法：
★試車前必須檢查線路是否完好，（輸入電源必須為三火）按點動鍵，滾筒旋轉是否正常（按筒上箭頭方向，如果轉動方向相反，把輸入380V中兩相火線調換即改變）同時將LED顯示屏清零再把予置撥碼開關調到所試驗次數，按啟動鍵開始工作，如有特殊情況請按“暫停”鍵,機器停止工作,待故障排除后再次按“啟動”鍵機器恢復工作.
★將試驗的碎石料和鋼球裝入筒內，密封蓋好，擰緊螺釘，開動儀器轉動500轉或1000轉后自動停止。此時出料口在中上位置，便于打開密封蓋，打開蓋后，按點動鍵，使出料口轉向下方，松開按鍵試筒停止，取出試件。
★用直徑2mm圓孔篩或邊長1.7mm方孔篩，篩去試樣中的石屑，用水沖洗留在篩上的碎石，烘干、恒重，準確稱出重量。
How to use Los Angeles Abrasion Meter:

After opening the cover, press the jog key to turn the discharge opening downward. Release the button to stop the test cylinder and remove the test piece.
★ Use a circular hole sieve with a diameter of 2mm or a square hole sieve with a side length of 1.7mm to remove the stone debris from the sample, rinse the crushed stone left on the sieve with water, dry and constant weight, and accurately weigh it.
五、計算方法：
★按下列計算石料磨耗率 至0.1% Q磨=(G1-G2)/G1×% 式中：Q磨--石料的磨耗率% G1--裝入筒中碎石之原重量g G2--試驗后，洗凈烘干之重量g
★試驗結果兩次試驗之平均值，兩次誤差不大于2%否則重新試驗。

七、注意事項：
★設備不宜在磁場或電場中操作使用，必須采取屏蔽措施，防止儀器設備損壞或降低測量精度。
★使用前必須進行空載運轉確保*后方可加載使用。用前潤滑，用后擦試干凈。
★不準隨意拆改或解體使用，確因需要開發(fā)新功能或改造更新等，需按分級管理權限，履行審批手續(xù)后再實施。
★經常進行 設備的保養(yǎng)與維護，并存放在干燥通風之處，待用時間過長儀器設備，應定期通電開機，防止潮霉損壞儀器設備其零部件
