三、水泥快速養護箱使用方法：
★箱體安放平穩后， 先檢查電器部分有無原件損壞，線路是否接觸良好，插好傳感器和加熱器插頭。設備必須有可靠接地。
★開箱加水高約60mm。試塊成型后，常溫存放7小時或標養3小時，觀察接近終凝時，（根據水泥成分不同，應自行注意觀察，接近終凝時間）隨同試模一起放入箱內擱架上。
★ 蓋好箱蓋，插好溫度傳感器，根據各廠水泥成分不同，設定溫度和工作時間。
★ 試驗結束，取出試模放置常溫處，到試塊恢復常溫時，拆開試模，取出試塊，即可進行抗折、抗壓試驗。
★試驗結束后，放水并擦干內箱。
★ 根據水泥種類不同，可采用恒溫65-80℃之間進行，標準與快速對比試驗10-20次，找出比值或差值，得出標準檢驗結果

★ Cover the box, insert the temperature sensor, and set the temperature and working time according to the cement composition of each plant.
★ After the test, remove the test mold and place it at normal temperature. When the test block returns to normal temperature, disassemble the test mold and remove the test block to perform the flexural and compressive test.
★ After the test, drain the water and dry the inner box.
★ Depending on the type of cement, a constant temperature of 65-80 ° C can be used. The standard and rapid comparison tests are performed 10-20 times to find the ratio or difference and obtain the standard inspection result.
四、水泥快速養護箱結構：
箱體由內、外箱體和保溫層組成。內外箱均采用優質不銹鋼焊接成型。內外層之間填充有優質保溫層。箱體與箱蓋之間采用水槽密封。
