評估板
MLDEVAL評估板是一種開放型電路板,可將我們的OEM級激光二極管驅動器與幾種常用接頭連接。它包含母頭DB9接頭,可用于連接到消應力電纜的激光二極管,還包含螺絲終端,用戶可用其直接連接TO封裝激光二極管。通過USB或可以連接5 VDC電源的螺絲終端可以供應電源。
兩個電位器控制激光二極管的工作設定點。Pset/Iset電位器對激光器電流的調節范圍在0 mA-200 mA之間,可用于恒定電流和恒定功率激光器。TIA增益電位器能限制監測二極管的電流,因而只能用于恒定功率驅動器。為了遠程調制激光器的光學輸出功率,可在母頭SMA接頭施加電壓。
評估板的總尺寸為105.8 mm × 56.0 mm × 14.1 mm(包含母頭DB9接頭)。邊角處有四個?3.2 mm通孔,用于自定義安裝。
激光二極管驅動器,用于評估板
我們的OEM級激光二極管驅動器包含鍍有半孔的接頭,接頭可通過自動組裝系統安裝。為了便于安裝在MLDEVAL評估板,每個驅動器預先安裝在了子板上。zui后將子板插入評估板上匹配的插孔即可,這樣,就可以在實驗和測試環境中快速使用這些驅動器。
安裝驅動器之前,根據所選驅動器和激光器的引腳類型,需將評估板上的幾個開關設置在正確的位置。有關正確位置的詳細說明,請看評估板手冊的第4和第5章。選定了驅動器,有些開關不能改變,安裝驅動器時就不能進行操作。
