產品結構與工作原理 Structure and working principle
如上圖:三根平行絕緣銅絞線為電源母線,在內護套絕緣層外纏繞電熱絲,并將該電熱絲每隔一定距離(即“發熱節長”)分別依次與電源母線AB-BC-CA-AB……反復循環連接在每二相間形成連續并聯電阻。當母線通以三相電后,各并聯電阻同時發熱,因而形成一條連續三相供電的加熱帶。
As shown in the figure, three paralleled insulated Cu strands are bus wires, the heating fiber wraps around the inner sheath layer. At interval section(heating section length) is connected to bus wires AB-BC-CA-AB……and so on, so the resistors are paralleled connected between the two phases. When the power is applied, each resistor glows and form the three-phase heating cable.

RDP3-J3-型三相電熱帶除具有和RDP3型單相電熱帶相同的特點以外,還有以下優點: 1、單相電熱帶使用長度過長,尾部部分的功率下降,當導線截面相同時,由于三相帶額定電壓高于單相帶,其使用長度比單相帶有較大的增加,所以使用三相帶能減少供電點,降低工程費用。 2、在大規模應用電熱帶的場合,能均衡電網負載。 3、三相帶由于采用三根芯數,使電熱帶更趨扁平,降低了表面的發熱負荷,增加對管道的熱傳導面積,提高了電熱帶的熱傳輸效率及維持溫度。 4、加強型三相恒功率電熱帶是三相恒功率電熱帶外層包覆一層絕緣層,其結構及原理基本與普通型電熱帶相同。但加強型產品防腐能力增加,機械強度更高,適用于防爆場合和埋敷地下或有腐蝕性氣體的場合使用。 | Apart from the features of Model RDP3 single-phase heating cable. The anti-explosive grade is “ e II T3”. Features and applications
恒功率電熱帶單位長度的發熱量恒定,使用的電熱帶越長,輸出的總功率越大,該電熱在現場能按實際需要長度任意剪切此外富有柔軟性,可以方便地緊貼管道表面敷設。電熱帶外層的編織層不僅起著傳熱和散熱作用提高電熱帶的整體強度,同時還能作為安全接地線。
恒功率電熱帶與溫控器配合使用時,能較精確維持管道內的介質溫度。
The constant watt heating cable can set off constant heat. The more the cable, the bigger the heat generated. The cable can be cut in any length when necessary. It can laid-up against the surface of the pipes. The outer braid layer is used for dissipate heat as well as safe ground wire.
If it is used together with temperature controller, the cable can hold the temperature in the pipes precisely.
加強型電熱帶是在普通電熱帶外層包覆一層絕緣層,其余結構及原理和普通型電熱帶相同,加強型電熱帶較普通電熱帶防腐能力強,機械強度更高,它更適合于防爆場合的埋敷地下或有腐蝕性氣體的場合使用。
The reinforced heating cable is derived from wrapping the insulation layer outside the common heating cable, and other structure is the same. The reinforced cable has more resistance to erosion, mechanical strength and suitable in anti-explosive place or in erosivegas.
由于母線截面積有限,為避免太大引起功率下降,每根電熱帶的使用長度按表1選用;當選用如圖3的供電方法時,每個電源點的管線伴熱長度為電熱帶使用長度的兩倍。 本電熱帶適用管道,閥門,泵體的伴熱,防凍和保溫,或者維持儀表管線的工藝溫度,如 1、在正常情況下連續流動的低凝固管線使用,可避免介質因停止流動而凝固。 2、需要嚴格控制作業溫度的液體管線的伴熱和保溫(須配用溫度控制器)。 3、寒凍地區自來水管線及閥門的防凍,排水管,抽水管和冷凝管路的防凍。 4、沿海井臺管道的伴熱防凍。 5、一般管線儀表管線的伴熱保溫。 6、井口采油樹伴熱(取代水套爐),污水井伴熱。 7、機場跑道防冰雪封凍。 8、混凝土預制件防凍養護。 | As the bus line cross section is limited, in order to avoid the decreasing of the capacity, refer to Table 1 to the proper length for each heating cables. If the power supply is as shown in figure3 ,each heating length from each power point is twice the maximum usable length. The heating cable is used for heating or holding the temperature of pipes, valves and pumps. For example: 1. Applicable on the pipes in which flowing liquid will not become solid due to coolness. 2. Heating and holding the temperature precisely for the liquid pipelines. 3. Avoid freezing of the gape water pipelines, drainage pipes and condensing pipes. 4. Heating and anti-freezing of the sea oil pipelines 5. Holding the temperature of the common pipelines and instrument pipes. 6. Heating the oil well and sewage wells 7. Heating the airport road to avoid ice freezing. 8. Heating the concrete prepared parts. |
