該系列氣源處理件是機械工業部聯合設計型，包括過濾器、減壓閥，油霧器以及它們組成的三聯件。過濾器杯子容積大，減壓閥采用較大面積的膜片結構，壓力特性和流量特性好，性能可靠，使用壽命長。
