一,華測導電及防靜電材料電阻率工作原理簡介
在測量導電材料電阻率若采用三電極或二電極測量時會因為電極與被測量材料表面電阻而影響測量準確性,本裝置采用四電極(四點探針或四探針)法測量導電和防靜電材料體積電阻率,可以克服表面接觸電阻造成的誤差影響,本試驗儀器由靜電計、皮安電流表,測試箱,可調電源組成。
GB 11210《硫化橡膠抗靜電和導電制品電阻的測定》、ISO 1853 《導電和防靜電橡膠-電阻率測量》、ISO 3915 《導電塑料體積電阻率測試方法》 、國家標準GB 2439 《導電和抗靜電橡膠電阻率(系數)的測定方法》 國家標準 GB/T15662《導電、防靜電塑料體積電阻率測試方法》 交通行業標準JT 230-95 汽車導靜電橡膠拖地帶以及美國ASTM D991標準《橡膠特性---導電材料及防靜電產品的體積電阻的標準測試方法》都規定了導電、防靜電塑料、橡膠體積電阻率測試方法,這些標準都規定要采用四電極法測量,其測量準確度不會像采用三電極或二電極測量因表面接觸電阻而增大測量誤差,特別是在測量導電材料時,這種影響更明顯,所以采用四電極測量時準確度很高,Huace991導電和防靜電材料體積電阻率測量裝置,配合zui輸入電阻高達1014Ω的Huace103(FS3)靜電計和測量超微弱電流(飛安10-15A)的Huace122皮安電流表,采用標準的四電極,可以測量測量20個數量級范圍的電阻率,其測量范圍:10-9Ω.m~1011Ω.m (世界上超寬測量范圍,達20個數量級),幾乎可以測量從金屬導體到所有靜電導電材料、靜電屏蔽材料及靜電消電等各種材料導電、防靜電塑料、橡膠體積電阻率。
