根據電壓波形選擇不同型號，主要功能差異如下：
1、NAFRC交直流分壓器適用于測量精度低于0.5%的工頻交流高壓或0-300Hz高壓電壓、直流準確度低于0.5%的直流測量。如全國各省、市級*、發電站、各種電力安裝公司或各種大型用電企業電力檢修單位等。
2、NAPD直流標準分壓器適用于測量精度要求為0.2%、0.1%或0.05%的直流電壓精密測量的場合。如全國各省、市級中試所或電力計量站或科研院所等。
3、NAPA交流標準分壓器適用于測量精度要求為0.2%、0.1%、0.05%，頻率為30-300Hz的交流電壓精密測量的場合。如全國各種電纜生產企業對高壓電纜做介質損耗試驗或全國各省、市級中試所或電力計量站或科研院所當工頻標準使用，測量30-300Hz的交流高壓等。
4、NAVC超高壓探頭測量頻率高達20MHz以上，直流測量準確度<0.1%，10Hz-1MHz脈沖高壓測量精度<1.0%,1MHz以上測量精度<3%。與示波器配合使用，能測量各種電壓波形，適用于對各種高壓斷路器、高頻高壓直流電源、粒子加速器或各種高壓的高頻特性進行分析。
5、NAPR脈沖分壓器適用于各種標準雷電波的測量，響應時間小于100ns。
