Light soaking
High performance full-circulation temperature control system conforms to CCC light source classification IEC standards.
TThe light-soaking test for thin-film solar modules is also required to stabilize the electrical characteristics of the thin-film modules.
IEC61646 specifies that each module must be exposed to light soaking test up to 43kW/hr and the module temperature must be controlled at 50℃±10℃. IEC 60904-9 specifies that the light source classification must be at least CCC class.
HONGZHAN Technology not only conforms to the spectral match, non-uniformity, and temporal instability CCC classification light source requirements but also utilizes the air-cooled full-circulating temperature control system and PID fan control mode to accuray control the temperature to within ±2℃ of the required specification.

Single Module LS1411 can perform a light-soaking test on a single module.

Dual Module LS2214 can perform light-soaking test on dual modules simultaneously.
