長距離鋁電解天車滑線的開發應用
Development and application of long distance crane sliding line
    該項目針對電解車間原多功能天車滑觸線故障率高、維修難的問題研究開發了新型天車滑線，改造后技術達到*水平，其主要技術特點和創新點如下：
The project for electrolytic workshop of original multifunctional crane sliding contact line fault rate is high, difficult maintenance of developed new overhead travelling crane slide wire, after the transformation technology has reached the international advanced level, the main technical features and innovation points are as follows:
  （1）開發了以天車軌道為基準定位技術，實現了滑觸線定位；

  （2）研發了膨脹單元與廠房伸縮縫同步技術，消除了廠房伸縮對天車滑線的影響；

  （3）研制了一種可調式天車滑線固定支撐裝置和一種新型的電解天車滑觸線膨脹單元固定支撐裝置，解決了滑觸線安裝定位的技術難題。
