用途：本品僅供科研，不得用于其它用途。(以下用途僅供參考)The product is supplied as a ready-to-use peroxidase substrate containing 2,2-azino-bis(3-ethylbenz-thiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) in an acidic buffer.The substrate should be colorless prior to reaction with peroxidase.It will develop a blue-green reaction product when reacted with peroxidase in microwell applications(e.g.ELISA assays).For end-point assays,1% sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) may be used to stop the reaction.This will also result in a blue-green end product.Since this substrate produces a soluble reaction produet,it is not recommended for blotting or histochemical applications.

（1）優(yōu)級純（GR：Guaranteed reagent），又稱一級品或保證試劑，99.8%，這種試劑純度Z高，雜質(zhì)含量Z低，適合于重要精密的分析工作和科學研究工作，使用綠色瓶簽。
（2）分析純（AR），又稱二級試劑，純度很高，99.7%，略次于優(yōu)級純，適合于重要分析及一般研究工作，使用紅色瓶簽。

Subunit : Interacts with YWHAE. Interacts directly with NEFL and indirectly with NEFH. Interacts with microtubules (By similarity). Self-associates. Interacts with DISC1, dynein, dynactin, tubulin gamma, KATNA1, KATNB1, PAFAH1B1, PCM1 and PCNT. Interacts (via C-terminus) with CENPF. Interacts with ZNF365.
Subcellular Location : Cytoplasm, cytoskeleton. Cytoplasm, cytoskeleton, centrosome. Chromosome, centromere, kinetochore. Cytoplasm, cytoskeleton, spindle. Note=Localizes to the cell body of the motor neurons and colocalizes with assembled neurofilaments within axonal processes. Localizes to the microtubules of the manchette in elongated spermatids. Tissue Specificity : Expressed in brain, heart, kidney, liver, lung, pancreas, placenta and skeletal muscle.
Post-translational modifications : Phosphorylated in mitosis. Can be phosphorylated by CDK1, CDK5 and MAPK1. Phosphorylation by CDK5 promotes interaction with KATNA1 and YWHAE.
Palmitoylation at Cys-273 reduces affinity for dynein.
Similarity : Belongs to the nudE family.

保存條件  Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is ABTS底物片劑號：30931-67-0stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

NEURL may act as a tumor suppressor whose inactivation could be associated with malignant progression of astrocytic tumors.
Function : May function as an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase to activate monoubiquitination of JAG1, thereby regulating the Notch pathway
