參考)：白色或類白色結(jié)晶粉末。半乳糖被硝酸氧化，生成半乳糖二酸，通常稱為黏液酸。水中溶解度：3 g/l (14℃)，在1N NaOH溶解度：4%。不溶于酒精和乙迷。黏液酸的溶解度小，在水中析出結(jié)晶，因此常用D-半乳糖和硝酸反應(yīng)來檢查半乳糖或乳糖的存在。黏液酸是內(nèi)消旋體，無旋光性

產(chǎn)品介紹 This gene encodes a member of a heteromeric, sodium-independent, anionic amino acid transport system that is highly specific for cysteine and glutamate. In this system, designated Xc(-), the anionic form of cysteine is transported in exchange for glutamate. This protein has been identified as the predominant mediator of Kaposi sarcoma-associated herpesvirus fusion and entry permissiveness into cells. Also, increased expression of this gene in primary gliomas (compared to normal brain tissue) was associated with increased glutamate secretion via the XCT channels, resulting in neuronal cell death. 產(chǎn)品介紹 The protein encoded by this gene is a member of a family of proteins which inhibit apoptosis through binding to tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated factors TRAF1 and TRAF2. Similar to API1, BIRC4 inhibits apoptosis induced by menadione, a potent inducer of free radicals, and ICE. BIRC4 also inhibits at least two members of the caspase family of cell-death proteases, caspase-3 and caspase-7.
