用途：本品僅供科研，不得用于其它用途。(以下用途僅供參考)噬菌作用的測定。備解素(血清滅菌蛋白)的測定。可通過激活備解素(properdin)系統而增強機體特定防御作用。它可用于對細胞吞噬作用的測定試劑和吞噬調理劑。此外，它與血清中天然抗體結合，能滅活補體，形成酵母聚糖(zymosan)-抗體(antibody)-補體(complement)的復合物，簡稱ZAC 142，這簡稱中的“142”系指補體的三種成分，這ZAC 142能分裂補體第三種成分、使其失活。另外酵母聚糖也被用于備解素的提純和檢測

（2）分析純（AR），又稱二級試劑，純度很高，99.7%，略次于優級純，適合于重要分析及一般研究工作，使用紅色瓶簽。

產品介紹 This gene encodes a transcription factor that regulates MHC class II genes by binding to a promoter element referred to as an X box. This gene product is a bZIP protein, which was also identified as a cellular transcription factor that binds to an enhancer in the promoter of the T cell leukemia virus type 1 promoter. It may increase expression of viral proteins by acting as the DNA binding partner of a viral transactivator. It has been found that upon accumulation of unfolded proteins in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER), the mRNA of this gene is processed to an active form by an unconventional splicing mechanism that is mediated by the endonuclease inositol-requiring enzyme 1 (IRE1). The resulting loss of 26 nt from the spliced mRNA causes a frame-shift and an isoform XBP1(S), which is the functionally active transcription factor. The isoform encoded by the unspliced mRNA, XBP1(U), is constitutively expressed, and thought to function as a negative feedback regulator of XBP1(S), which shuts off transcription of target genes during the recovery phase of ER stress. 產品介紹 XAB2 protein (XPA binding protein 2) was first identified through its interaction with XPA, a key factor in nucleotide excision repair pathways. XAB2 therefore appears to be involved in transcription coupled DNA repair and transcription. Immunoprecipitation experiments have also demonstrated that a fraction of XAB2 interacts with the transcription coupled repair specific proteins CSA and CSB as well as with RNA polymerase II. Microinjection experiments with XAB2 antibodies resulted in the inhibition of both transcription coupled repair and transcription.
Function : Involved in transcription-coupled repair (TCR), transcription and pre-mRNA splicing.
Subunit : Associates with RNA polymerase II, the TCR-specific proteins CKN1/CSA and ERCC6/CSB, and XPA. Identified in the spliceosome C complex.
Subcellular Location : Nucleus (By similarity). Note=Detected in the splicing complex carrying pre-mRNA (By similarity).
