1、安裝前應參閱該產品的使用說明書，是否符合您的使用要求。

2、管路使用之前應沖洗干凈，介質不清潔的應安裝過濾器，以防止雜質妨礙電磁閥的正常工作。

3、電磁閥一般是單向工作的，不能反裝，閥上箭頭是管路流體的運動方向，必須保持*。

4、電磁閥安裝一般閥體水平，線圈垂直向上，有部分產品可以任意安裝，但在條件允許時垂直，以增長使用壽命。

5、電磁閥在結冰場所重新工作時應加熱處理，或設置保溫措施。

6、電磁線圈引出線（接插件）連接好后，應確認是否牢固，聯接電器元件觸點不應抖動，松動將引起電磁閥不工作。

7、連續要生產工作的電磁閥，hao采用旁路，便于檢修，不影響生產。
