操作規程：
★用濕布擦凈量缽與缽蓋內表面，并使量缽呈水平放置。
★將新拌混凝土拌合物均勻地裝入量缽內，使混凝土拌合物調出量缽少許。裝料時可用搗棒稍加插搗，裝好后，當用振實臺（振動參頻率50Hz，空載時振幅0.5±0.1mm）振實時，在振動過程中如混凝土拌合物沉落到低于內口，則應隨時添加混凝土拌合物，振動至混凝土表面平整，呈現釉光時即停止振動。
不用振動臺而換用搗棒搗實時，將混凝土拌合物分三層裝入，每層搗時后約為量缽高度的三分之一，插搗底層時搗棒應貫穿整個深度。插搗上層時搗棒應插入下層10～20 mm。每層搗實后，可把搗棒墊在量缽底部，將量缽左右交替地顛擊地面15次。
★ 搗實完畢后，應立即用刮尺刮去表面多余的混凝土拌合物，表面如有凹陷應予*，然后用鏝刀抹平，并使其表面光滑無氣泡。
★ 擦凈量缽和缽蓋邊緣，將“O”形橡膠密封圈（238×8.6）放于缽蓋邊緣的凹槽內，蓋上缽蓋，用夾子夾緊，使之氣密良好，并用水平儀檢查水平。
★ 打開小龍頭和出氣閥，用注水器從小龍頭處往量缽中注水直至水從氣閥出口流出，再關緊小龍頭和出氣閥。
★關閉好所有的閥門后，用打氣筒打氣加壓，使表壓稍大于0.1MPa。
注：⑴每當讀取壓力時，用指尖輕彈表盤并待指針停止擺動后再讀數。
⑵ 0.1MPa壓力線為儀器的初始壓力線，0.1MPa為儀器的初始壓力。

Operation rules of concrete gas content measuring instrument:
★ Wipe the inner surface of the measuring bowl and the lid with a damp cloth, and place the measuring bowl horizontally.
★ Fill the fresh concrete mixture evenly into the measuring bowl and make the concrete mixture out of the measuring bowl a little. When loading, you can use a tamper to insert and tamp slightly. After installation, when using a vibrating table (vibration parameter frequency 50Hz, no-load amplitude 0.5 ± 0.1mm) to vibrate in real time, during the vibration process, the concrete mixture sinks to Below the inner mouth, concrete mixture should be added at any time, and vibration should be leveled on the concrete surface, and stop vibrating when glaze appears.
Instead of shaking the table with a tamping rod, load the concrete mixture in three layers. After each layer is punched, it is about one-third of the height of the measuring bowl. When the bottom layer is inserted, the tamping rod should penetrate the entire depth. When inserting the upper layer, the plunger should be inserted into the lower layer 10 to 20 mm. After each layer is tamped, you can pad the tampon at the bottom of the measuring bowl and hit the ground alternately from left to right 15 times.
★ After tamping is completed, the excess concrete mixture on the surface should be scraped off with a scraper. The surface should be filled with any dents, and then smoothed with a trowel to make the surface smooth and free of air bubbles.
★ Wipe the edges of the measuring bowl and bowl cover, place the "O" shaped rubber seal ring (238 x 8.6) in the groove on the edge of the bowl cover, cover the bowl cover, clamp with a clip to make it airtight, and use The spirit level checks the level.
★ Open the small faucet and the air outlet valve, use a water injector to inject water from the small faucet into the measuring bowl until the water flows out of the air valve outlet, and then close the small faucet and the air outlet valve.
★ After closing all the valves, pressurize with a pump to make the gauge pressure slightly higher than 0.1MPa.
Note: ⑴Every time you read the pressure, flick the dial with your fingertips and wait for the hands to stop swinging before reading.
⑵ 0.1MPa pressure line is the initial pressure line of the instrument, and 0.1MPa is the initial pressure of the instrument.
★ Press the valve 2 or 3 times, and tap the circumference of the measuring bowl with a wooden hammer to distribute the pressure evenly throughout the sample. Press the valve rod again. After the pointer of the pressure gauge stabilizes, measure the pressure gauge reading and follow The relationship curve between the gas content and pressure readings calibrated by the instrument to obtain the apparent gas content value A1 determined by the instrument of the concrete mixture sample measured
測試完畢后：
★打開出氣閥，從量缽中放氣。如需對同一試樣重量測定含氣量時，則重復上述5-7步驟。
★打開小龍頭，松開夾子，取下缽蓋。
★ 倒掉量缽中的混凝土拌合物試樣，清洗缽蓋和量缽的內表面。
★含氣量測定儀如不連續使用，需打開微調閥放氣，使氣室壓力與大氣壓一致。
注：在操作過程中，如氣室氣壓通過微調閥放盡，而量缽內還有壓力時，不能按下閥門桿，否則會把水吸入氣室，使以后的測試產生誤差。
After testing the concrete gas content tester:

★ Discard the concrete mixture sample in the measuring bowl, and clean the lid and the inner surface of the measuring bowl.
★ If the gas content measuring instrument is not used continuously, open the fine adjustment valve to deflate, so that the pressure of the air chamber is consistent with the atmospheric pressure.
Note: During the operation, if the air chamber pressure is exhausted through the fine adjustment valve, and the pressure is still in the measuring bowl, the valve rod cannot be pressed, otherwise water will be sucked into the air chamber, which will cause errors in subsequent tests.
