二、產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)：
由1．錐形篩。2．三腳支架。3．測(cè)量容器（上部是延伸筒、下部是容重桶，其容量是1升）三部分組成。

四、使用方法：
★從保存在密封容器內(nèi)的試驗(yàn)室石膏樣品中，取出1000克試樣，并充分?jǐn)嚢杈鶆?，使其通過孔徑為2毫米的錐形篩，然后按下述步驟用同一儀器測(cè)定兩次。
稱量不帶延伸套筒的容重桶，精確至0.1克，在容重桶上裝上套筒，并將其放在儀器的錐形漏斗下，將試樣以100克為一份倒入漏斗中，用毛刷攪動(dòng)試樣，使其通過篩網(wǎng)落入容重桶中。當(dāng)裝有延伸套簡(jiǎn)的容重桶填滿時(shí)，在避免振動(dòng)的情況下移去套筒，用直尺刮平表面，除去多余物料，直至表面與容重桶上緣位于同一水平面上為止。稱量容重桶和試樣重量精確至0.1克。
★結(jié)果的表示方法：
按下式計(jì)算松散容重，克／升
r=m1-m0
其中：m1是容重桶和試樣的重量（克）
m0是容重桶本身的重量（克）
如果兩次測(cè)定結(jié)果之差，小于兩次試驗(yàn)結(jié)果較小值的5 % ，則以平均值作為試樣的松散容重；否則，應(yīng)再次測(cè)定，至兩次測(cè)定值之差小于5 %。再取其平均值。
4. Weigh the bulk density bucket without extension sleeve to the nearest 0.1 g, install the sleeve on the bulk density bucket, and place it under the conical funnel of the instrument, pour the sample into the funnel in 100 g portions, Stir the sample with a brush to make it fall through the screen into the bulk density bucket. When the bulk density bucket with the extension sleeve is full, remove the sleeve while avoiding vibration, and use a ruler to smooth the surface to remove excess materials until the surface and the upper edge of the bulk density bucket are on the same level. Weigh the bulk density barrel and the sample weight to the nearest 0.1 g. ★Expression of results: Calculate loose bulk density by the following formula, g/l r=m1-m0 Among them: m1 is the weight of the bulk density barrel and the sample (g) m0 is the weight of the bulk density bucket (g) If the difference between the two measurement results is less than 5% of the smaller value of the two test results, the average value shall be used as the loose bulk density of the sample; otherwise, it shall be measured again until the difference between the two measurement values is less than 5%. Then take the average value.
五、使用安放：
本儀器應(yīng)安放在無震源無腐蝕介質(zhì)的環(huán)境中，并置于適當(dāng)高度的平臺(tái)上。必要時(shí)可調(diào)整三腳支 架下部的三個(gè)錐形螺母使其至水平位置。
