溫和氣單胞菌探針法熒光定量PCR試劑盒注意事項:

1)RT-PCR可以檢測組織、細胞、血液、細菌等很多材料,不同的樣本有不同要求,實驗前請充分溝通確認實驗方案和樣本情況;

2)客戶盡可能提供實驗的背景信息、物種、基因準確的名稱和ID號;

3)客戶盡量不要提供DNA或RNA樣品。

4)樣本保存于液氮或干冰,也可以保存于Trizol液中。

實時熒光定量PCR(quantitative real-time PCR,qPCR)是指在PCR反應體系中加入熒光基團,利用熒光信號積累實時監測整個PCR進程,*通過標準曲線對未知模板進行定量分析的方法。實時熒光定量PCR的化學原理包括探針類和非探針類兩類,探針類是利用與靶細胞序列特異性雜交的探針來指示擴增產物的增加,非探針類是利用熒光染料或者特異性設計的引物來指示擴增的增加。運用該技術可以對DNA、RNA樣品進行定量(包括*定量和相對定量)和定性分析。
