(1). 抗原或抗體的固相化及抗原或抗體的酶標記。
(2). 結合在固相載體表面的抗原或抗體仍保持其免疫學活性。
(3). 酶標記的抗原或抗體既保留其免疫學活性，又保留酶的活性。
(4). 受檢標本與固相載體表面的抗原或抗體起反應。再加入酶標記的抗原或抗體，也通過反應而結合在固相載體上。
(5). 此時固相上的酶量與標本中受檢物質的量呈一定的比例。

保存條件  Store at -20 癈 for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20癈. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 癈.

Based on sequence similarities and binding characteristics, liprins are subdivided into Alpha and Beta liprins. Both Alpha and Beta liprins homodimerize via their N-terminal, coiled-coil regions. Liprin Alpha1 is a ubiquitously expressed protein that interacts with the tumor suppressor ING4 to regulate cell migration and possibly prevent metastasis.
