Roswell Park Memorial Institute (RPMI) 1640 medium was originally developed to culture human leukemic cells in suspension and as a monolayer. RPMI 1640 has since been found suitable for a variety of mammalian cells including HeLa, Jurkat, MCF-7, PC12, PBMC, astrocytes and carcinomas.

大部分的試劑產品是比較穩(wěn)定的,只要您嚴格按照產品包裝或者說明書上的儲存條件進行儲存,*可以保證其在有效期內的正常使用。一般常見儲存條件有零下XX攝氏度,2-8攝氏度,常溫等。特別提醒,對于某些酶類制品,如果儲存條件是2-8攝氏度,不要儲存在零下,否則容易失活,對于某些需要嚴格避光,防潮,充氮氣保護的,接觸空氣或者過分暴露非常容易氧化或者受潮變質。
低溫儲存產品,運輸途中冷藏問題:
對于需要低溫儲存的產品,我們在運輸時候都會采用冷藏包裝,但是部分由于外界氣溫過高,運輸時間較長,對于普通冷藏包裝,途中可能會溫度升高,這些都是沒有問題的,因為這種普通冷藏只適用于那些短期內(2周)高溫依然穩(wěn)定的產品,建議低溫的儲存條件,只是長期儲存時候的條件,您可以放心使用。對于某些特殊的產品,如抗體,我們會采用干冰冷藏包裝,確保全程低溫。公司都對產品性狀進行了嚴格的加速穩(wěn)定測試,行業(yè)經驗豐富。
