PBD0090A自動冰點測定儀
用途及適用范圍：
本儀器是按照中華人民共和國石化行業標準SH/T0090《發動機冷卻液冰點測定法》規定的要求設計制造的。用于發動機冷卻液及其濃縮液冰點等指標的測定，是一款多用途的全自動冰點測定儀。
該儀器采用工業計算機自動控制，儀器操作簡單，自動控制、檢測、計算結果，試驗結束自動停機，軟件顯示時間與溫度曲線。其測試原理是取試樣75～100ml，注入試管中，試管放入冷浴中進行降溫，記錄試樣每分鐘的溫度，畫出時間-溫度曲線圖。冷卻曲線與結晶曲線的交點在縱軸上的投影點，即是該試樣的冰點。
儀器原理：
發動機冷卻液冰點測定儀由五部分構成，包括浴槽制冷系統、浴槽加熱系統、電機攪拌系統、彩色觸摸屏人機交互系統和打印機系統。儀器浴槽采用酒精作為制冷液，采用壓縮機制冷，并利用雙機制冷技術，能夠覆蓋所有發動機冷卻液的冰點，當測量結束之后，浴槽中自帶的升溫系統可以使之迅速升到常溫（20℃）。
儀器自帶彩色觸摸屏，屏幕可以實時顯示試樣的溫度曲線，試樣和浴槽中的溫度，用戶可以實時設置預期冰點，修改儀器時間，浴槽溫度校準，自檢系統的各個部分等，內置一塊64M的NAND FLAH，可以對試驗結果進行存儲，采用嵌入式系統設計，用戶可以查看歷史數據。

Instrument principle:
