微電阻測試技術利用四根接觸式探針在表面銅箔上產生電信號進行測量,當探頭接觸銅箔樣品時,恒定電流通過外側兩根探針,而內側兩根探針測得該電壓的變化值。根據歐姆定律,電壓值被轉換為電阻值,利用一定的函數,計算出厚度值。不受絕緣板層和線路板背面銅層影響
